External

We chose the Resort Facade with the big balcony on the front as you will be able to see the bay from the top level front of our house! Having said that, we also extended the balcony to make it bigger to utilise it more for the purpose of enjoying the view! We also upgraded the balustrades to glass with aluminium hand rails and posts.

Brick colour – upgraded colour to Blue Rio (further upgraded Brick infills in lieu of fibro cement sheeting everywhere) This was quite expensive over the garage as the cost was mostly in the steel lintels needed to hold up the weight of the bricks (No wonder they don’t bother with that when building their display homes!) However we wanted the look for the front of the house so that justified the cost.

Mortar – off White  with ironed joints

We will clad the front pillars with white stack stone after handover – more to choose from then!

Cladding – Shale Grey

Render to part front – Ironstone

Roof – Ironstone

Guttering – Ironstone (Half Round Flatback as part of resort facade but extra for garage)

Ceiling – Lexicon Quarter (Metricon standard ceiling colour)

Walls & Skirtings and Architraves – Vivid White
